Every order is going to be different. Every order is tailor made for you, from ordering a jersey with your name and favorite number, or even as simple as a car decal to show support to your favorite program. Typical sublimated hockey jerseys take 3-4 weeks. However, sometimes holidays or heavy order periods could effect that timeline. If you have any questions about your order, or how long your order may take, (maybe you are trying to hit a deadline or event) please feel free to contact us at cheryl@studio19designs.com. or you can fill out the contact form located at the bottom of the home page.

All of our items are custom printed just for you, so we rarely take any returns . . . If you have any questions about the size or the fit of a product or an item, please feel free to contact us at cheryl@studio19designs.com  to receive more information about the item you are interested in. 

If there is a problem with the quality or a mistake in the printing of your item, please contact us and we will let you know what we will do to rectify your issues or concerns by either refunding you the cost of the item OR reproducing the correct item. 

Yes we can. If you are looking to open a store for your team, please feel free to reach out via email to cheryl@studio19designs.com. If you can email your current logo in a vector format along with a brief explanation of what you are looking for.  We can create some mock ups and load them on our site for you and your teammates to start purchasing uniforms and fan gear.
